By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following:

1. Pre-Order Basis

   • 1KG Sterling Silver (925.0 purity) bars are supplied on a pre-order basis only.

   • Estimated lead time: around 4 weeks from payment.

2. Payment & Pricing

   • Full payment is required at checkout.

   • Prices are fixed at the time of order and will not change with silver market movement.

   • All payments are non-refundable unless TrueMark Jewellers cannot fulfil your order.

3. Delivery

   • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to supplier or mint delays.

   • Orders are sent insured and require a signature on delivery.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

   • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

   • If your bar cannot be delivered within 8 weeks, you’ll receive a full refund.

5. Authenticity & Returns

   • All bars are guaranteed genuine 925.0 fine silver.

   • Returns only accepted if the item is damaged or incorrect — report within 48 hours of delivery.
